KL Life Part 3 :The Milk Incident and God is good

Fuah God is really good lor. Today is my orientation and things are going very well ! I tell u lar, God is really really good. Why ? cause me being sakai didnt know must buy ticket for parking...OK LAR I KNOW LAR. I thought the orientation is short. So i thought jimat my money dont want buy lor. HAIZ. So that time i was still blur cause morning mar but ler i smart also. cause i know will clamp car one those buggers. So park far away from APIIT. I parked under the " AWAS ZON KUNCI KERETA " sign and I didnt notice i park under that sign until i finish orientation today lol. I was so worried my car will get clamp and i kena fine RM50. First day of college, getting fined for RM50 is not a good thing.

After i finish orientation ( which is 9.00 to 5.30 pm) i faster faster go down to my so call 'safe from guard's clamps' place ( which is just beneath the sign lol ) and there it was ! My kancil safe and sound. Then i noticed the sign board..."AWAS ZON KUNCI KERETA". God really good lol. Maybe He make my kancil invisible or blind the indian guard lol. HAHAHA. Really gan jiong lor cause during orientation all the speaker emphasize on the parking, ticket, clamps and the RM50 fine. I was like "OMG ! Plz keep my car safeeee !! I will spend quiet time with You longer...so plz ! Safe my poor and cute little kancil !! " LOL. Thx God I was spared.

God is good. There. I say it again. Why ler ? cause today is my first day mar. So no new frens lor. So cham sit there in the dark corner (actually purposely one cause its in the open and the sun damn glaring) reading newspaper. then i see like other people got one gang dy...tho thats because they are from same college. Most notebly is KTAR KL branch. One whole gang of lala jai and lala mui AKA lala tui. Then dgn kesiannya i try to act a bit lar. Like very outspoken frenly and cool like that...but FAIL ! Kesian. sob sob. Nobody want to come over to talk to me T_T. Then i fall into depression. lol jk lar. not that serious lar. Usually i will go out my way to befren others who is also alone...OK LAR I ADMIT LAR. I was the only loner around that time. T_T So this time I whispered a short prayer...

"God. Plz send someone in my way that you think will be a good company with me...Lazy lar everytime also i go and make frens...eh but ler that guy u send ah...maybe got good looks lar...cause if like nerd and geek like that ah...boring lar if terjoin the nerd gang...and also smart lar...if bodoh ah and later he want join me for assignment ar very problem lar...aiyah whatever lar. U decide Father !"

Tiba-tiba, got one guy came over and ask me wether he could sit beside me. Then i thought "wah is he God-sent ar !? So geng mer !?". Then I analzye him...hmmm good looking wor....and also he knows his stuff ! Not too smart and not too stupid ! GOOD ! I was like WOW. Really that geng wor. Coincidence or what ? Though i thought its God's work :) He even suggested we look for part time together ( i was looking for part time to btw. He dont know at first ) o.0 PLUS, i found out he read manga and anime too lol. So !? God is good !! Thats more than i ever asked for lol.

Then another incident once i reached home, cause that time is peak hour already. Traffic jam. and since i live in apartment berebut parking space. So i found a nice parking space in front of the guard house and i mati mati also wont budge from that parking space. After i reach my room and took a bath, suddenly a DILEMA CAME. What should i eat ? Below is 4 choices but all 4 also got prob...

1. Maggi Mee ( dunno what my cousin use to cook maggi )
2. Cereal ( No milk + cant find my bowl )
3. Order Food ( dont have number to call )
4. Go out eat ( risk no parking space later. have to park in some dark corner later )

Then i was like so gan jiong. OH NOO !? AM I GONNA STARVE TO DEATH IN MY OWN APARTMENT !? Not to mention the apartment got so much maggi mee. Like one old saying goes, caterpillar surrounded by leaf die of starvation ( direct translation. Dont quote me on that lol ) I was like SOS-ing calisa wong about my dilema that time while my stomach keep screaming "OMG I AM GONNA DIE ! PLZ FEED ME !!". And then suddenly, one voice in my mind answered "Bodoh. go eat at the nearby mamak lar. Nathan's corner. Ur sis say the tandoori chicken there damn nice one." Is that God ? I dont know lol. But thx God i didnt die of hunger in my own apartment. Come out newspaper also people laugh until sakit perut.

Then there is a Milk Incident. I went shopping with my sis, Ju. and we thought buying cereals + milk is a good choise for breakfast. We both thought that the apartment has a fridge but actually ler dont have. So happy happy take the milk back cant find fridge wor. I was looking every where..."Where is the freaking fridge?". Then i came to the conclusion, my apartment has no fridge...yet ( fridge is on the way my cousin say ). My sister goes " Babi lor ! what u gonna do e milk then ?". I replied "Drink lor." She goes " You can finish mer ?". "Can." *glug*. "OMG YOU CRAZY NOOB !!! U DRANK 1 LITRE OF MILK DOWN AR !? LATER YOU DIARHOEA LIKE FOUNTAIN THEN U KNOW !" So...later that night i got diarhoea...but it wasnt that bad. Wasting food...in this case Marigold Milk...is not good.

KL Life Part 2 :Mangkuk mar. Macam mana jahit.

Today i drove to my college and one u !! OMG ! Bangga betullll !! But of course with the help of my sis sitting beside me and the ever helpful mr. gps ( actually mrs ler. cause girl voice...actually i have been thinking...wont the gps sells better if a japanese girl with a cute voice voices the instructions...like when u take the right turn it goes "Atagamaii (smart) Vincent-kun." and then when u take wrong turn "baka !". Sure sell weh.) Go One U for what u ask ? Buy clothes lar. APIIT's regulation is that every student must wear T-Shirt...no casual. Aiseh. Pretigious-nya.

Did I get amazed today ? No lor. I am not that sakai ok.....What u don't believe ? Bugger. ok lar I was amazed by a water tumbler brand call sigg today. If you want a water tumbler that cost RM100+ then sigg is for you. :D Memang terkejut. I thought 10 dollar. see see its 100 dollar. Adults nowadays...got too much money to spend on. You can simply buy one good tumbler around RM15+...and if dont give a hell about quality i think RM3 pun boleh dapat one with the tweety bird design already.

Bought 2 T-shirt, 1 pants and 2 boxers :DD. I also bought one mangkuk for eating purposes since my sister poped up the billionaire question " So what are u going to use to eat ? Your cup ? " Then ah babi. I went to buy shirt lor. Go take out the T-shirt from the wrapping. Then go cuba. Then ah...I was poke by a needle. Damn painful. I forgot that usually T-shirts have needle on them ( though i dont know why ). Then kena poke by needle lor in fitting room. Damn shok lor. I "AHH !! BABI!!!" so loud until my sister could hear me miles away.

That's not the worst thing that happened. Something even much memalu-fying happened ( again ). I tried my pants and found that it is a bit too long for me. So my sis requested the pants to be 'modified' a bit. The malay sales boy told me to go pay for the seluar first....so i go pay lor. Then i pay jor. I straight give him the plastic bag without checking. See see...i terbagi salah. I terbagi the malay guy the mangkuk i bought. Yes i gave him the mangkuk to jahit...then he goes "Mangkuk mar. Macam mana jahit ?" as he laugh his head off. Worst thing is, another customer was passing by and he witness the scene and he join in the laughter...lol. =.=

Wth first few days in KL like comedy scene dy...but i am grateful that so far things have been going pretty well for me. :) Though there were a few embarressing moments but i am grateful that nothing bad happened to me XD Once again I would like to thank my sister for bring me around and most important to my Daddy in heaven who is also quite a joker at heart LOL. Embarressing moments can be good and can be bad. So far everything turns out good for me. No matter what happens, I <3 Jesus

KL Life Part 1 :Bagai kancil masuk kampung

Been quite busy this few weeks. Have to pindah masuk ke dalam apartment. Memang sakit kepala @.@. KL is so freaking big...luckily so far no sesat case lar. haha. APIIT is very close my apartment luckily. My sister is borrowing me the gps. this little guy can talk one ! fuuuyoooh ! i was very amazed by it until it lead me and my sister to my non-existent road. Like, it says, "Turn right" and then u look on ur right...it's a forest. how to turn ler mr. gps ? and if u go out of track the gps goes "Recalculating...recalculating." If the gps can load in the china man voice and slang sure funny ler. Take wrong turning and it goes "aiyohhh...left lar dear..left. u want me say how many times ?".

Then my sis says "dont worry lar ! i borrow my gps for u for 1 month with no interest and weekly charges !". Then oh..the kl drivers ar...more ganas then ipoh one. All fiunnng ! here and fiuuuunggg ! there. Even ur ordinary bas sekolah bas driver is driving ala Initial D. The bas driver never use rear mirror one...the poor little kancil beside him also he summore want to cut to my lane.

My orientation is starting on 30th so i still have a few days to prepare. So i went to ikea with my sis to buy some perabot. We had lunch in ikea. Goodness ! memang like bagai kancil masuk kampung ( for those who dont know what the proverb means, it means adjusting to a new environment. not literally a kancil escape from the zoo and went on rampage in the village). Ikea's services are very 'overseas'. They are attentive to the customer's social needs. Not to mention the food there nice ler ! I had a cake ( with choc topping with nuts and wheat...whatever...) and its nice ler ! Tho its a little bit too sweet.

Then i had a plate of french fries and 10 meatballs. At first i was like, "sei lor....sup lup (10 balls in canton) yi tan (meatballs) already 10 bucks...sure die of hunger weh in kl", not to mention they put one pulp of reddish reddish thing (raspberry jam. didnt know at first ) at my plate ( can hear sound "piak!") and then mix it with gravy. Basically its jam + gravy + meatballs + fries. And me being a sa kai secretly goes "aiyeeeeh so waiiii...like in army camp". But when i tasted it...nice wor ! LOL And surprisingly, i was so full that i couldnt finish the 2 remaining meat balls. So the lesson learnt is, nvr judge food by looks. I still dont understand how 8 meat balls and french fries could make me so full though.

The coffee there is nice also. You can refill it endlessy with the 'Bottomless Cup'. It's a cup where u take and they charge u more expensive for it because u can refill it as many times as u can compared to other cups. Once again, being easily facinated and excited, the coffee maker amazed me again. U press one button and all the incredients falls into ur cup like diarhoea. Thanks to my sister for the belanja and for enlightening me that those 'reddish thingies' are raspberry jam.

Then i went to the toilet, and i was amazed AGAIN !! The tap ! it has no knob on it to turn. Normal tap has a knob on top which let u turn and wash ur hands. this one dont have wor !! then i thought "...oh...i think is press the knob one..." *press the knob*. NO WATER WOR ! SHIT NOT PRESS ONE AR !? ( the teenager beside me was looking at me with the 'wtf is he doing' expression ) Memang memalu-fying exprerience. To safe myself from the embarrasment i pretend i received a sms and faster take my handphone to read it. Then when that teenager left...only i go examine the tap...then...only i realize. it's an automatic tap...just put ur hand underneath and water comes out. I dengan shoknya say to myself "omggg modern-nya :DDD. I just mastered the usage of a complex mechanism...happy me !" while i try not to think of what the teenager was thinking of me.

I was walking out of the toilet and then i spotted it. The hand dryer ! its not like those hand dryer where u put ur hand underneath it and it blows hot air out. this one has a space in between and is positioned lower. then u put ur hand in the middle and suddenly the machine goes WOOOONNNGGGG and air comes out at high speed to dry ur hand. I was amazed and happy that i mastered the use of this 'modern' hand dryer. It has a sticker on it that teach you how to use it, as i was busy reading it, the guy washing hand was looking at me. I wonder why, terlalu shok kut aku.

Day 2 and there are already so much 'adventure'. Well...i guess being optimistic is much better than condemning myself being a sa kai. But hey its a new experience ! XD

Review : Proposal Daikakusen

This is my first J-drama that I ever watched and the drama that got me hooked on J-dramas. If it were not for this show, I wouldn't even be watching j-dramas now or even review them. I must say, this is a very good show. It starts off slow and boring, but after episode 1, the story keeps getting good and good. I finished the whole drama in one day and I really missed it after that. I watch this drama again sometimes when I am free, and it's just a very nice drama. It also has a special episode.

What It's About

It's about a pitiful guy called Ken Iwase who has a crush on a girl Yoshida Rei ( whom also feels the same for Ken). Throughout their time together, Ken never really appreciated Rei and confess his feelings for Rei. This goes on a few years, and one day Rei finally decides to ditch Ken and get married with another guy. Feel with regret and remorse Ken wishes to undo the mistakes he has done. A fairy appeared and granted Ken's wishes and let him travel back in time to undo his mistakes and change the future.

It has a special episode which is mainly about Eri and Tsuru. It also talk about Rei and Ken finally accepting each other after the awkward incident at the last episode.

Personal Thoughts

Ken is really an idiot. He couldn't even confess even after given a 2nd chance...and when all seems to be going really bad, he somehow makes it in time to correct the problems. Sadly, even after 10 episodes, he could never say or do something that could majorly change his future with Rei. Most of the time, the thing that changes are just Rei's complexion on the photo ( he time travels with the photo slideshow that was shown during Rei's wedding ). Like from sad to happy or crying to smiling. But despite his flaws, he is a very lovable character. Not because he is cute or because yamapi is good in his acting. But because he tries his best in all the episodes. Though he accomplishes little and even failed in some of the episodes, he gave it his best shot, and for that he earns my respect.

Ken Iwase.

To be honest it's not an easy task , imagine being dump by your girlfriend and then time travel back and end up having her dump you again. Imagine that you are trying to stop the another guy from proposing to your lover, but despite the best you could do the guy proposed to her IN FRONT OF YOU AGAIN. There were a few times where he nearly gave up in his mission but in the end he didn't.

He also has tendecy of being just in time or last minute in everything he do. Near the end of the drama, he know he was running out of time and he was failing his missions one after another. He even repeated all his mistakes and went through everything he tried to prevent from happening. Desperate. He muster his bawlz (finally) and said the 3 words, but, it was too late. The girl rejected him, walked off and left him crying. :( That episode really moved me. I found him really pathethic but at the same time I really felt for him.

Missing subtitles. But he said "I still love Rei".

As for the girl, well she is good too. The actor acted really well. One look at her during the last episode and you know Rei was having lots of emotional turmoil in her. Rei habour feelings for Ken too for a very long time. Rei is also quite a stubborn girl. In the end, instead of blaming the main char for not being doing his best, she figures that she was also wrong too. She knows Ken is shy and is really dumb when it comes to stuff dealing with emotions. Despite everything the main char does for her, she still doesn't consider it a 'confesssion'. I mean, come on, a kiss and being asked out for a date. Isn't that already quite obvious he likes you ?

At the end of the episode, she realizes that it wasn't Ken fault that at all, but hers ( this was only true at the end of the drama, after all the time travel) , as she was the one who gave up Ken. Ken never gave up on her. Even a day before her wedding, Ken was still trying to make her his. Despite all he has done, she still rejects him. Up until now, the story gave us the impression it was Ken's fault that it turned out this way but now the table is turned.

This show also talks a bit on friendship. It's fun to see how Eri, Ken, Rei, Mikio and Tsuru spends their time together. Their conversation and the friendship is funny and yet nolstalgic. Reminds people of their school days. It's really to see that they stay together from childhood till adulthood. Though I think their friendship is kinda far from reality. Most friends doesn't stay together forever. They get a girl friend, a job and finally a family. Each live their own lifes. Growing apart is just a matter of time. Soon you will so many stuffs to think about that you won't be thinking of your friends anymore. In a sense that I do envy the friendship those 5 share.

Conclusion

This is a really good show. Don't let other people tell you otherwise. The first few episodes might be boring, but it gets really good after that. It's a 20 out of 10 rating for me. It's that good. It's isn't all soppy ( incase you get the idea it is from my screenshots :P) , it has comedy in it. It's a funny show but it's the romance and Ken's determination that really makes the show worth watching. I can't remember how many times I strangle my LCD monitor, shaking it up and down, and screaming "OMG JUST SAY IT KEN ! JUST SAY IT !!! SAY IT!!!" on top of my lungs when I see how indecisive Ken can be. But as i said earlier this show is really good and the best episode, is the last episode. The screencaps for special episode is below. CONTAIN SPOILERS. so you can skip it if you are afraid of spoilers. ;)

Random Talk

Been doing reviews this few days. Honestly, :D it's fun but at the same time, its tough. You think its easy !? Wait till you start reviewing a film you like. You will be like sitting there..."HMMMM.....now where do I start? What words should I use. How should I describe the show..."

Now that aside, I've been watching a few dramas with Yamashita in it (yamapi). I must admit that he has good acting skills. My sister, Julian likes yamapi too. She was like "DONT TOUCH MY YAMAPI !!!!! DONT TAINT MY IMAGE OF HIM!!!!" when I told her he got do boy boy pairing stuffs (fan service). But after a while she goes "Erm...what did he do in that boy boy pairing anyway ?" LOLOL !! What who is Yamashita you ask ? Here is his photo. It's the only one I like, others are too 'cool' or too ' 3 cup' ( say 3 in cantonese and cup in english ) for my liking.

Was having a chat with a japanese friend who lives in Ehime, Japan. His name is Tatsunori *something something* forgot lol. But i call him Tatsu anyway lol. He kinda very 'semangat' in his chat most the time. You can see it through his CAPS and !!!!!

Me : Hey you watched Code Blue ?

Tatsu : YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me : You know, I kinda like yamapi. He is very good actor.

I cant use msn to directly message his phone cause the feature is not enabled yet. so everytime i wan to tell him something, I have to open yahoo mail to sms him. =.= Vodafone....anybody heard of it ? =s

Review : Orange Days

When I saved this show from my friend's laptop, he told me its about a dumb ( as in mute and deaf...not stupid) female violinist. I thought it will be something like 1 liter of Tears + Nodame Cantabille. I don't have very high expectation of the drama. To be honest i thought it would be a very BOOORING drama, but to my surprise it's good. What's so good about this show you ask ?

What it's About

Yuuki Kai is a social welfare psychology student. He is at his final year and he is in the middle of job hunting. So far he has no luck in hunting jobs. One day while he is in the campus, he came across a girl who playing the violin, and so Kai stood there listening to her violin. The girl, Hagio Sae ( unknown to Kai that time that she is deaf and mute ), held up her hand and demanded money for her performance. Having only an orange ( he stole it lol ) in his hand that time, Kai gave the orange to Sae as a payment and walks off.

Kai hangs out with 2 other guys, Keita and Shohei. The 3 of them, ( and later Sae and her friend, Akane) forms The Orange Society. As the story progresses all 5 of them established a strong bond of friendship with each other and they eventually became best friends. This drama talks about romance, life after college, the importance of friendship and perseverance. Life is not always simple and fun, and this drama portrays it very well.

It blends romance, friendship, perseverance and slice of life into one colourful combination ( not rojak ). It gives the viewer a nostalgic and warm feeling when they watch it. This drama is slow, but yet as you watches it, the story and plot slowly captures you. It isn't boring at all ( at least for me ). All 5 characters are at the turning point of their life, and each of them has a different story to tell.

Personal Thoughts

Being a psychologist, Kai is good at advising and calming people down. Every time Sae is down, angry, wallowing in dirt or throwing tantrum, Kai will be there to advise her. Some of my favourite scenes are when Kai scolded Sae for being impolite and rude to her mother and when Sae opens up her heart to Kai and finally broke down into tears. He has a girlfriend whom he later broke of with due to some misunderstanding, but nevertheless, as the story progresses, he falls for Sae.

Personally I love Sae. She is a very strong willed and stubborn woman. Despite her beautiful appearance she has some attitude problems. Ranging from smoking habit, bad temper and a vulgar personality. Lol. But really makes her shine is her perseverance. To no be able to hear and talk, its something very tough to go through (you imagine that ). She is a musician and being unable to hear is a pretty disastrous, and yet, she didn't give up her passion for music. There were a few instances where she was very down and nearly gave up, but Kai was there for her. She communicates through sign language and she hate being treated specially ( pride )for being disabled, and when i say hate, i mean she REALLY HATES it. For example...

When called to talk about her disability on stage. She starts by writing something on board.

And ends the speech with a finger. Epic.

This story focusses a lot on Sae. The most inspiring part is she taking up music again even after going through countless pains and dissapointment. Overcoming obstacles one and another.

As for other characters, Shuhei is also very special to me. He is a cool looking student and also a playboy. Sleep around. Figures. He works for a photographer ( has a passion for photography) and he has somekind of scandal with the model he is working with. But the truth is he is just a poor student and he has a younger sister at home which he greatly cares for. He later falls in love with Akane and it's interesting to see how he changes from a playboy to a better guy for Akane's sake.

Shohei

And there is Akane, Sae's best friend. She is very loyal to Sae. Even going to the extent of learning sign language to communicate with her best friend. She later falls for Shohei despite his playboy-ish attitude. She is pretty witty, as she is able to leave Shohei speechless everytime he tries to tease her. Not to mention that she is ALWAYS the one who catches Shohei flirting, kissing, necking...yaba yaba with girls ( AKA tangkap basah ).

Akane

Finally there is Keita. But seriously, I couldn't relate to this character. Neither am I interested in his story. But to be fair, lol, he is a cheerful and romantic boy. Writing poems and what not to Akane whom he had a crush on early of the episode. There isn't much story about him in the drama lol, so i guess it can't be helped.

Conclusion

In conclusion this is a superb show. I find it hard to review this show as it is 'slice of life' type of show. Some might find it nice and some might find it boring, but to me its a very nice show. Words can't do much justice on how good this show is. You must watch it to really appreciate it. Very few dramas could touch someone's heart with the abscence of speech as this show is usually narrated through sign language ( with subtitles of course to help you understand what they are speaking ). As for the rating, you rate it after watching it.

This show has won lots of award. According to wiki it has won like 6 awards for the 47th Television Drama Academy Awards. In this show my favourite actor, YAMAPI XD won the 2006 1oth Nikkan Sports Drama Awards as the best actor ! Now pretty faces aside, sure, the actors all looks pretty. But is it really a good show ? Lets take a peek.

What it's All About

As the english name suggest, its about makeovers. The main cast of the show, Kiritani Shuji (acted by kame), is the most popular boy in the school. To him life is a game. By maintaning his 'cool' he can get through his school life without any problem, or so he thought. In another words, he is 'fake' not really behaving naturally. Then there is this boy, Kusano Akira (yamapi), he is a very carefree and cheerful guy. He seems to be very high all the time. Always laughing his head off and doing weird and funny antics. Though he is not as popular as Shuji. And then there is Kotani Nobuko/Nobuta by Maki. She is a seriously depress girl who always look at life negatively. She is always bullied and look down. Not to mention she looks like some one in The Ring when i first saw her. Creeepy.

The story is about this 2 guys trying to change Nobuta into someone popular. So that she will no longer be bullied and look down upon. The story is told from Shuji's point of view. As the story develops, he changes his view on life as he and Kusano changes Nobuta. This is a story about 3 friends impacting each other's life.

Personal Thoughts

Seriously this is a good show. All the actors acted the role well. Kame acted his role as a popular kid in school, and yes, he did it well. He reminds me of my school days where in a group of boys, there will be one who is particulary 'cool' and has his say. And in those circles of friends there will usually be jargons that are only understandeble by those who are in their circle. And yeah you get tonnes of those jargons when you watch the show. Through him, you can see the life of a 'popular' kid. True its fun to get all the attention but it is also stressful at the same time to always try to be 'perfect' and acceptable in the eyes of other students. As the story progress his view on popularity changes and he strives to behave more like himself.

Kiritani Shuji

Kusano Akira, oh man...how i like him. He is the joker of the entire show. The show will be very boring without him. You naturally smile when you see his funny and stupid moves. He is a very enjoyable character. In fact some of his enthuasism has rub of onto me. lol. Most of his role in order dramas are usually very serious, gloom/dark and quiet. Its good to see that he could act as a funnier and 'brighter' role.

Kusano Akira

And as for Nobuta, she is quite a cutie, but in this show she was able act as a freaky and emo girl. She rarely smiles and when she does smile, it looks like she is smirking or having a stomach ache. As the story progresses she changes into a more confident girl. Ugly Betty anyone ? Only that this Betty is very emo-ish and very suicidal. Lol. NOBUTA POWER !

Nobuta (seriously)

As for the side kicks, the teachers especially, are quite funny themselves. The vice principal is a ninja who jumps from roof to roof to reach school because of 'traffic jam'. She is very supertitious and she laughs like a hag lmao.

Conclusion

It's a shame that this drama ends at episode 10. To be honest, i couldn't get enough from the trio. I really wished it was longer. I just like how those 3 have become a part of me. Since the story is told from Akira's point of view, it helps you understand each character more and helps you to appreciate the story. It's a warm and nice drama which focuses on friendship. I would give this drama a 10.o out of 10.0. :)

Thus he finishes at a slower pace than when he started the project.

He has the best of two kinds of minds. One is the quick investigating mind. The other is the creative mind. His mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode. He can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster. Vincent can then switch into his low gear. When he is in the slower mode, he can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner. He is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.
