Tsukiko Amano.
She is a very talented singer. Writing her own songs and designing her own costumes. Quite beautiful. Her music is haunting and her voice is clear. Not to mention her music is addictive too. But too bad she is retiring after her album Zero. Do check her out. Notable music is Koe, Utakata, Chou, Ryuu, Zero no Chouritsu and Bodaijiu. Well for me at least =P.
